Are essential oils from Sheer Essence therapeutic grade?

Sheer Essence proudly offers the best quality of essential oils. Our aim is to provide essential oils of the highest quality to all our customers. Sheer essence tests essential oils systematically to provide you with the best quality of oils. We conduct a GC/MS(gas chromatograph/ mass spectrometry) test on all our essential oils.

We do not use any pesticides, chemicals, or herbicides during the growing or distillation stages. We have also refrained from using additives, carriers, and bases in our essential oils.

Does Sheer Essence outsource their tests?

Yes, we conduct a unique GC/MS test for each batch of our essential oils. This is to ensure that the purity of our oils meet the standard guidelines. If any batch fails to meet these guidelines, we do not sell them.

Is Sheer Essence products animal cruelty free?

Absolutely! At Sheer Essence we have a strict policy of not testing our oils and ingredients on animals. Any toxicology information that we require is obtained from reference materials and lab tests. We promise to deliver animal-cruelty free products only!

Sheer Essence has its suppliers spread out across the globe. Each plant needs a specific climate to grow. Our suppliers extract oils from these plants in their respective countries. Our buyers frequently visit these facilities to ensure that the quality standards are being met.

No, all products that we offer are for external use only. Our oils are labeled “for external use only” to avoid any misunderstandings.

Animals metabolize essential oils differently as compared to humans. We recommend you consult a vet who has specialized in animal aromatherapy before using essential oils around your pets or other animals.

Do you offer free samples of your essential oils?

Unfortunately, no. Sheer Essence does not offer free samples. However, we do offer a full product refund within 30 days of purchase.

What temperature of water should I use in my diffuser?

We recommend using room-temperature water in your diffuser. If the temperature of the water is too hot or too cold, the mist may form water droplets.

What kind of packaging do you use to ship your essential oils?

Depending on the size of the order, Sheer Essence uses small boxes and padded bubble mailers to pack your order. The bubble wrap is sure to keep your oils safe and secure. In case of any damage, send us a photo, and our customer assistance team will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Yes, we offer combined shipping discounts on all your orders. These discounts are calculated automatically at the time of check-out.

Are there any options on shipping?

We ship all orders via UPS, USPS, EMS, DHL express for delivery. We generally ship your order within one day of the receipt. Our standard shipping is First Class, and all orders are expected to deliver within 14-21 working days.

Can I pick my order in person?

Unfortunately, Sheer Essence is not set to do walk-in transactions. You can buy our products on our official website.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, send us an e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, it is quite difficult to change the order. However, we will try our best to accommodate these changes. You can also send your unopened package back to us with the “return to sender” option via an appropriate mail carrier. We will refund the amount once we receive the package.
