Angelica Root Oil is like having a best friend who is regularly empowering, supportive and encouraging. Angelica archangelica is the botanical name of Angelica Root Essential Oil which is extracted from the Roots through steam distillation process. It is considered to have a stronger earthy note. In perfume blends, it is considered musky.


Angelica Root was known as the “Root of the Holy Ghost” and was believed to ward off evil spirits. For centuries, the Angelica Root has been recommended to help manage the stress of daily life.

Botanical Name: Angelica archangelica.


Collection Method: Steam Distillation.

Aromatic Description: It has a green, sharp, herbaceous aroma with peppery top notes.


Strength of Aroma: Medium.


Plant Family: Apiaceae.


Color: Pale yellow to orange-brown.

Blends Well With: Angelica Root Oil blends well with mandarin, patchouli, vetiver, clary sage, and citrus oils for diffusion.

Directions for Use:


. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.


. Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area.


Cautions: 


If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult the physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
