Bergamot Essential Oil is unique among citrus oils for its aroma and therapeutic properties. Citrus bergamia is the botanical name of Bergamot Oil which is cold pressed from the fruit of an evergreen citrus tree. It has a fresh, sweet, citrus aroma which is known for its ability to help boost the mind and ease your worries, especially during the times of sadness and grief.


Its aroma is uplifting and relaxing with a high floral note making it unique and vibrant. With both quieting and inspiring abilities, Bergamot Oil can disperse anxious emotions as well as providing cleansing and purifying benefits. Bergamot essential oil has a long history of use for oily and troubled skin.

Botanical Name: Citrus bergamia.


Collection Method: Cold Pressed/Expression.


Aromatic Description: It has a fresh, citrus, spice, with a high floral note.

Plant Part: Bergamot rind (peel).

Color: Greenish- Yellow.


Family: Rutaceae.


Main Constituents: Limonene, linalyl acetate.


Blends With: Bergamot Oil blends well with ylang-ylang, clary sage, vetiver, cypress, rosemary, geranium, orange sweet, grapefruit, patchouli, mandarin, nutmeg, sandalwood and jasmine absolute.

Directions for Use:


. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.


. Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area.


Cautions:


If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
