Description

Caraway Essential Oil is also known as Carum which is widely used as a fragrance component in soaps, lotions and perfumes. Carum carvi is the botanical name of Caraway Oil which is extracted from the seeds through steam distillation. A middle note with a strong aroma, Caraway Seed Essential Oil has a sweet spicy aroma with a slight peppery           odour.


Caraway Oil is an uplifting, energizing oil, which makes it a wonderful addition to the morning and energizing blends. It is also used as a breath freshener and is a common component in toothpaste and other mouthwash products, as well as has a long history of use in native folk medicine. Because of its warming effects within the human body it helps to relieve mental strain and emotional fatigue.

Botanical Name: Carum carvi.


Aromatic Description: Herbaceous, Green, Woody, Sweet, Spicy aroma with a slight peppery smell.

Directions for Use:


. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.


. Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area.

If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
