Description

Coriander Oil is an invigorating, stimulating essential oil which is well known to aid in maintaining a clear complexion as well as promoting feelings of relaxation. Coriandrum sativum is the botanical name of Coriander Oil which is extracted through the seeds by steam distillation method. Coriander Seed Oil has a sweet, warm fragrance that is calming and gently uplifting, making it a good rotation oil to use in blends to add a fresh, herbaceous note.


Linalool is the primary component of Coriander Essential Oil which helps in maintaining skin complexion. It can be soothing to the body.

Botanical Name: Coriandrum sativum.


Collection Method: Steam Distillation.


Aromatic Description: It has a sweet, green, floral, herbaceous & slightly fruity aroma.


Strength of Aroma: Medium.


Plant Part: Seeds.

Color: Pale Yellow.


Main Constituents: Linalool, α-pinene, γ-terpinene, camphor.


Blends Well With: Clary sage, turmeric, rose, ginger, fir needle, petitgrain, lemon, grapefruit, neroli, orange and bergamot.

Directions for Use:


. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.


. Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area.


Cautions:


If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
