Description

Hazelnut Oil is an excellent Carrier Oil which is widely appreciated for its astringent qualities. Corylus avellana is the botanical name of Hazelnut Oil which is produced from shelled and cold pressed hazel nuts (a tree nut). It leaves a non-greasy feeling which makes it perfect for those who have oily skin but still want to enjoy the many benefits of carrier oils.

Hazelnut Oil has powerful antioxidants properties, that can help to tone and tighten the skin. It makes a lovely addition to body butters to assist in pampering oneself at the end of a hard week.

Botanical Name: Corylus avellana.

Aromatic Description: It has a mild aroma with a hint of nuttiness

Collection Method: Cold Pressed.

Plant Part: Nuts.

Color: Pale yellow to golden yellow.

Absorption: It absorbs quickly and leaves a non-greasy feel.

Consistency : Typical of many carrier oils.

Origin :Turkey.

Directions for Use:

. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Diffuse up to one hour three times daily.

. Topical use: Apply 2-4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required except for the most sensitive skin.

Cautions:

If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care, consult physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
