Description

Karanj Seed Oil is a very effective Essential Oil for skin care as well as can be used for treating dandruff, psoriasis, and eczema. Milliettia pinnata or Pongamia glabra is the botanical name of Pongamia (Karanj) Seed Oil which is extracted from the Seeds of the Pongam Tree through Cold Pressing. Karanja is a legume tree which grows to a height of 15-25 meters. The seeds form and mature within 10-11 months of flowering and it can be harvested once they are ready. It is milder than Neem Oil and is used in place of Neem in lotions and soaps to avoid the pungent smell of Neem oil.

. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.


. Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area.

If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult the physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
