Description

Rosehip Oil is one of the most nourishing Carrier Oil available, which is a powerhouse for your Skin. Rosa Moschata or Rosa Rubiginosa is the botanical name of Rosehip Carrier Oil which is extracted from the Rosehip Seeds through Cold Pressing. It has a distinct earthy scent. It contains a high amount of vitamin E, vitamin A and essential fatty acids which promotes collagen and elastin levels to increase as well as assists with cell regeneration.

Rose Hip Seed Oil is an important ingredient in creams, lotions, body oils, face oil and massage oil. It is a very soothing oil and suitable for a variety of skin types, but it is especially useful in formulations for mature skin.

Botanical Name: Rosa Moschata or Rosa Rubiginosa.

Collection Method: Cold Pressed.

Plant Part: Seeds.

Aromatic Description: It has a very mild earthy, nutty aroma.

Consistency: Typical of many carrier oils.

Color: Clear to deep golden.

Absorption: It is quickly absorbed by the skin and does not leave an oily feel.

Directions for Use:

  •  Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
  •  Topical use: Apply one to two drops to the desired area.

Cautions: 
If pregnant, nursing or under a doctor’s care, consult a physician. Discontinue use if skin sensitivity occurs. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas. Do not use undiluted on skin. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or on abrasions.
